This full-bodied and well balanced Barolo is obtained from the vineyards of Castiglione Falletto, Serralunga d’Alba, Monforte d’Alba, Barolo,Novello, La Morra, Verduno, and Grinzane Cavour.The wine matures in traditional Slavonian oak barrels of great capacity, and is then aged in bottles. This wine possesses a garnet red colour with orange nuances that become more noticeable as the wine ages; an aroma that is subtle, evolved, intense, and lingering; a full-bodied and well-balanced taste. Its austere nature is determined by the presence of sweet and complex tannins. This is a brilliant, age-worthy wine which truly showcases the best of the Italian wine-making tradition.
