vineyards (status: under conversion) Boisterous raspberry and bramble fruit with flashes of floral elegance on the nose. Very enjoyable forward, fresh, full dark bramble and ripe plumy fruit. A perfect way to enter the world of Nebbiolo.
Nebbiolo - Believed to have been cultivated in the Langhe district before the 14th century. Nebbiolo is notoriously difficult to grow and make into fine wine outside of Piemonte region.The wines, Barolo & Barbaresco tend to be the most in need of aging, other wines made in the modernist style are becoming more approachable at a young age.
